What is the VoisX Cloud Platform?

The VoisX Cloud Platform lets you build, test and run AI agents that talk to your customers by voice and by text. An agent can answer phone calls, call people back, chat on your website or on WhatsApp, look things up in your own systems and hand a conversation to a person when it needs to.

You build everything in the console at app.voisx.ai. There is no infrastructure to run.

What you can build​

  • Voice agents. Real-time voice conversations over the phone or in the browser. You choose the voice model and the voice.
  • Text agents. The same agent answers in chat on your website widget, a web form or WhatsApp.
  • Phone numbers. Rent a number in the console, or bring your own carrier over SIP.
  • Tools and integrations. Let the agent read and write data in your CRM, help desk, calendar, database or any HTTP API while it talks.
  • Knowledge bases. Upload documents so the agent answers from your own content.
  • Skills. Write reusable instructions once and attach them to many agents.
  • Memory. Let an agent remember each customer from one conversation to the next.
  • Workflows. Chain agents, tools and logic into multi-step automations.

How it works​

  1. Create a project. A project holds your agents, phone numbers, tools and knowledge.
  2. Create an agent. Start from a template in the agent gallery or from scratch. Set its prompt, model and voice.
  3. Connect what it needs. Add tools, a knowledge base and skills.
  4. Test it in the Playground. Talk to it in the browser, chat with it, or have it call your phone.
  5. Put it on a channel. Give it a phone number, embed the website widget or connect WhatsApp. Then switch it to Live.

Data regions​

When you sign up, you choose where your agents, calls and their data live: India or UAE. Calls, recordings, transcripts and agent data are stored and processed in that region, so pick the one closest to the people you serve. Your organization itself isn't tied to one region. You sign in at the same address, app.voisx.ai, whichever region you use.
