Data regions
The VoisX Cloud Platform runs in two data regions:

Choose the region closest to the people your agents serve, or the one your data-residency rules require.
What the region decides
The region you work in decides where your work data is stored and processed:
- Agents, workflows, knowledge bases, tools and channels
- Calls and chats, with their transcripts, recordings and logs
- Analytics, insights and agent memory
This data stays in its region. It doesn't move between regions.
Your account and organization work in every region. Your sign-in, organization, members, roles, projects and billing are the same wherever you are. So the same project exists in India and UAE, but the agents and data inside it are separate in each region.
Choose a region
- Go to app.voisx.ai. This is the one address for signing in and opening the console. It takes you to the console for your region.
- The first time, VoisX asks you to choose where your data lives. Pick India or UAE and continue.
- Sign in or create your account.
The console's top bar always shows the region you are in.
Switch regions
Click the region in the top bar and choose another region. You stay signed in and on the same page, and the console shows that region's data.
Use this when your organization serves customers in both regions. For example, keep your India agents and their calls in India, and build separate agents for UAE customers in the UAE region.
Switching region doesn't copy anything. An agent you build in India isn't available in UAE until you build it there too.
Use the API in the right region
Send API requests to the host of the region where the data lives. A request to the India API can't see agents or calls stored in the UAE region, and the other way round.

Retention by region
Each region can have its own default retention periods for conversation data, which apply when neither your plan nor your organization sets a value. See Conversation data.
