Azure DevOps Boards
The Azure DevOps Boards integration lets agents create, read, update, comment on and query work items in your Azure DevOps organization. Use it to log bugs or requests from support conversations.
Connect
Azure DevOps uses a personal access token (PAT).
- In Azure DevOps, open User settings → Personal access tokens and click New Token.
- Choose your organization, set an expiry date, and give the token the Work Items: Read & write scope. Add Project and Team: Read if you want the agent to list projects. Copy the token.
- In the VoisX console, open your project and go to Tools → Add tool → From template.
- Find Azure DevOps Boards and select it.
- Paste the token and fill in the other fields the form asks for, such as your organization name. Select the actions you want to enable and click Install integration.
note
Personal access tokens expire. Note the expiry date and reinstall the integration with a new token before it runs out.
