HubSpot

The HubSpot integration lets agents find and create contacts and create and read deals in your HubSpot CRM.

Connect

1. Open your project and go to Tools → Add tool → From template.
2. Find HubSpot CRM and click Connect with HubSpot.
3. Sign in to HubSpot, choose the account to connect and click Connect app.
4. Back in the VoisX console, select the actions you want to enable and click Install integration.

VoisX requests these scopes:

Actions

Action	What it does
Search Contact	Finds a contact, for example by email
Create Contact	Creates a contact
Create Deal	Creates a deal
Get Deal	Reads a deal by its HubSpot ID

Example: log an inbound enquiry

When a caller asks about pricing or a demo:
1. Collect their name, email and company.
2. Use Search Contact with their email. If no contact is found, use Create Contact.
3. Use Create Deal named "<company> - inbound call" so the sales team can follow up.
Do not quote prices yourself; the sales team will follow up.

Troubleshooting

401 Unauthorized

The app was uninstalled from your HubSpot account. Reconnect HubSpot.

409 Conflict when creating a contact

A contact with that email already exists. Search first, and only create a contact when none is found.
